Addressable LED power
There is no resistor to pick and no current to set: the driver inside each pixel sinks about twenty milliamps a channel whatever you do. So the draw is a multiplication, and the number that matters is not what your animation takes but what one line of code could ask for.
3.66 A
60 × 61.0 mA = 3.66 A at 5 V, or 18.3 W
Brightness — 255 of 255, 100%
Every channel at full. The number the strip has to be fused for, whatever your animation does.
Feed wire — 20 AWG
Per pixel
61.0 mA

5 A
Lost in the wire
0.24 V
3.66 A, which is the worst this strip can ever do: every channel of every pixel at full. Turn the brightness down and the supply still has to hold this, because one line of code is all that stands between the two. A USB port will not do it; buy 5 A at 5 V. Down 1 m of 20 AWG it loses 0.24 V, which the strip will not show.
